*Each individual lesson is 45 minutes. Lessons include video swing analysis. Analysis will provide various swing metrics such as hand speed, attack angle, time to impact, and bat path. Video pitching analysis is performed for all pitching lessons. Analyses lead to the development of an Individualized improvement plan detailing specific ways for the player to reach their God-given potential. This will include goals, player-specific drills and coaching within the sessions to achieve optimum results based on the analysis for both pitching and hitting.
Continuous Mental coaching throughout sessions. Player will learn tips, techniques, and strategies to unlock their minds to help them be all they are capable of becoming.
